Ride free. We handle the rest.

If you love the idea of total freedom on two wheels—but you also want a perfectly planned route, great hotels waiting at day’s end, and help on hand if anything pops up—you’re in the right place. My self-guided motorcycle tours deliver the best of both worlds: independent riding with expert support, preloaded GPS tracks, and hand-picked 3–4★ hotels so all you need to do is enjoy the twisties and the views.

Why Mediterranean Routes for Self-Guided Tours

Freedom first, support always. You’ll ride at your own pace, choose where to stop for photos or coffee, and add detours when you feel like it. At the same time, I’m behind the scenes making everything smooth: from route design and hotel bookings to 24/7 assistance while you’re on the road.

Routes built by riders. I map each day to balance great scenery with satisfying riding—mountain passes, quiet B-roads, coastal curves—and I include smart lunch spots, fuel stops, and photo-worthy viewpoints so you keep momentum without guesswork.

Late-model fleet, luggage included. Prefer traveling light? Each bike comes equipped with panniers and a top case, and our motorcycles are renewed every two years—briefed and ready when you arrive.

How It Works (100% Personalized, Secure Booking)

1) Tell me your plans. Fill out a short trip form with dates, riders, pillion(s), and your riding style. I’ll reply with suggestions tailored to your time frame and preferences, then we’ll jump on a quick video briefing to fine-tune the itinerary.

2) Book securely with a 30% deposit. Once you’re happy, lock in your dates online. I’ll send your digital travel guide with day-by-day info, hotel details, and practical tips so you know exactly what to expect.

3) Fly-and-ride. On day one your motorcycle and GPS are ready at the starting point. I’ll do a quick pre-ride briefing, walk you through the preloaded GPS tracks/roadbook, and you hit the road. If you need anything along the way, I’m available 24/7. That’s true self-guided—without the stress.

What’s Included (and What’s Not)

Included

  • Preloaded GPS tracks + printable roadbook (turn-by-turn confidence).
  • Hand-picked 3–4★ hotels (parking arranged; breakfast on most itineraries).
  • Video briefing before booking and again pre-departure.
  • Late-model motorcycle with panniers + top case (models on request).
  • 24/7 assistance while you’re on the road.

Not included

  • Fuel and tolls, flights, most lunches/dinners.
  • Personal travel insurance and optional add-ons (gear, extra rest days, room upgrades).
  • Security deposit and any traffic fines.

I’ll send your exact inclusions for the route you choose so you have full clarity before paying the deposit.

Best Time to Ride (By Region)

  • Mediterranean South (Andalusia, Costa Blanca): great year-round; the sweet spots are March–June and September–November for perfect temps and quieter roads.
  • Pyrenees & Northern Spain: May–October is prime—clear passes, long daylight, and stable weather; expect cooler mornings at altitude.
  • Portugal (including N2): spring and autumn shine for mild days and low rain; summers are doable but hotter inland.

If your dates are fixed, I’ll adapt mileages and hotel choices to match the season and daylight, and we’ll plan heat-smart start times in mid-summer.

Bikes, Insurance & Requirements

  • Bikes: late-generation models suitable for solo riders and pillions, inspected before each tour, with side cases + top case included for practical packing.
  • License & age: full motorcycle license valid in Spain/Portugal; check if you need an IDP depending on your country.
  • Deposit & coverage: a refundable security deposit applies; insurance details vary by model/route—I’ll outline the excess and coverage in your quote so there are no surprises.
  • Gear: bring your own helmet and riding kit (ECE/DOT); I can advise on layers for your dates and route.

How We Keep It Seamless (Little Things That Matter)

  • Daily brief notes in your roadbook: estimated riding hours, coffee/lunch ideas, and fuel points to avoid range anxiety.
  • Flexible daily mileages: prefer 250 km days with time for photos—or 400 km marathons? I shape the plan to your style.
  • Local tips you’ll actually use: parking in historic centers, sunset viewpoints, and food spots that welcome riders.
  • Fast answers: WhatsApp, phone, or email—whichever is easiest for you. (I share direct contact details in your travel guide.)

FAQs

You ride independently using preloaded GPS tracks and a digital roadbook. I arrange hotels and logistics and stay available 24/7 for assistance.

Absolutely. Many routes are pillion-friendly, and the support van can also carry luggage (and even a non-riding companion if needed).

Most days range between 220–350 km depending on terrain. Tell me your comfort zone and I’ll tailor the pacing.

Some nationalities do; I’ll confirm based on your license and country of residence.

For Andalusia/Costa Blanca, ride any time—spring and autumn are ideal. For Pyrenees/North, plan May–October. For Portugal N2, spring/autumn are magic.

A 30% deposit secures your booking; the balance is due closer to departure (details provided in your quote).
