The adventure begins in Alicante, leaving the coast behind and heading inland. The landscape evolves rapidly: from the vineyards and almond groves of Alicante province, through the picturesque inland villages of Valencia, to the mystical SerranÃa de Cuenca. Here, the rugged mountains and deep canyons will take your breath away. Arriving in Cuenca, its iconic old town awaits, with the Hanging Houses suspended over the Huécar River. Dinner, with flavours of La Mancha, is the ideal end to the first day.
This day will take you through landscapes from another world. We leave Cuenca to enter the Sierra de AlbarracÃn, a magical corner full of charming villages and gently curving roads ideal for motorcyclists. We stop in AlbarracÃn, one of the most beautiful villages in Spain, before continuing on to Morella. Arriving in this walled town, crowned by its medieval castle, is like a journey back in time. The local gastronomy, with its black truffle and game dishes, will be the star of the dinner.
The third day is a mix of adventure and coast. We leave Morella to travel inland through the provinces of Castellón and Valencia, crossing mountainous landscapes dotted with vineyards and olive groves. Gradually, we approach the Mediterranean, until we reach Denia, a vibrant and lively coastal town. Here, you can stroll around its historic port and enjoy a dinner of the best seafood rice dishes while gazing out to sea.
The final stage takes us through the heart of inland Alicante province. The roads wind through mountains, ravines and traditional villages. We stop in enclaves such as Guadalest, a village perched between mountains with spectacular views. We continue on to Alicante, where the Mediterranean welcomes us once again. The trip ends with a last dinner in front of the sea, remembering every moment of this unforgettable experience.
